I was terrified to get my blood taken. I knew I needed about 10 tests and I am a very hard stick. I told Summer about my difficulty in blood draws throughout my life and it never waivered her confidence in her ability to draw my blood. She got the 2nd stick from a vein most can not over the past 10 yrs. Both sticks were painless. The 1st stick she got but my blood was coming slow then stopped. I am a 5-year breast cancer survivor. For 3 years, I had my blood drawn every 3 months, and now I have it done every 6 months. My veins are notoriously difficult to find, and there have been times when I was poked 3-4 times before they resorted to drawing blood from my wrist. This often left me with bruises and burst veins. Love this place. People are always friendly and they do a great job
Went in this morning with my mom to translate for her since we heard this clinic has no translators. We were surprised when a really helpful and nice woman attended us, Esmeralda. She spoke Spanish just fine and was really sweet and reassuring to my mom, since she always gets anxious at any medical sites. She gave doctor notes as needed and did her job quickly and efficiently.
