The office is clean and the office staff are polite. The problem is communication. I sent a message to have my Doctor change a note he wrote almost 2 full weeks ago. That's 9 full business days. I've requested the change many times using voice phone, patient portal, and bringing them new paperwork handed to office staff and making clear (i'm sure), that I can not wait 10+ days,... I’ve been with Dr Robinson since 2016 followed him here to tidal health great doctor!
Appt was at 1115am, I was 9mins late for my appt. Got in the back at 1130am, Was told by the nurse that the dr could only address one concern due to him having to attend a meeting at 12. I was like that's fine, I sat in the room until 1235 and still was not seen, so I left and couldn't tell a single soul because there was no one to be found, not even at the front desk! This is the second time this has happened where I just walked out from not being seen. Will find a new primary care dr!
