This place is horrible, every phone call I made was sent to voicemail. Every appointment for my mother was postponed by them by about 6 months which does not make me comfortable with the attention needed for my elderly mother.
Horrible experience. The nurses and front desk were nice. The doctor i saw had no bedside mannor and based his first visit with me off of old labs and discredited all the doctors who sent me there. Told me my problem wasn't my thyroid and isnt even doing labs for 6 months. I waited 2 years to get in and recently lost 40lbs and still he doesn't need a recent lab? Doesn't make sense does it. I would give 0 stars if I could!
A great team from the front desk and Doctors
Dr. Bhat is very brilliant at what he does always advises he is here to help. However his schedule person Shanon is rude! While checking out she wouldn’t let me give the dates of my available appointments. Just kept saying he has a limited schedule! Then her phone rung full blown ringer, she cursed and she picked it up! I’m literally in the middle of checkout. She then sent me to a lady up front. The other lady gave me the day I needed and that’s why it’s 3 stars.
