My husband was referred to Tidal Health Nanticoke Endocrinology in Seaford DE. by the VA. I spent days back and forward calling Tidal Health and the VA. The VA keep saying that they 100% will cover the bill and Tidal Health keeps sending the wrong billing codes. The last I talked to both Tidal Health and the VA. My doctor referred me to Tidal health endocrinology for an urgent situation. They never called to schedule me so I called them. Allison the receptionist is RUDE. She cut me off several times before I could even explain why I was calling. She said they're booked til July. No thanks. I'll stay unhealthy before I would do see these people. MAY 24- Weeks later. My endocrinologist up and left and I did not get a letter. They scheduled me with Danielle hicks. I had to reschedule appts overvalued few weeks due to my family coming down with covid. I asked them to refill my insulin and refused to and said I'd have to go without until I was seen which was over a month. This is not controlled substance mind you but insulin.
