There are two entrances to be checked in. One is a cramped hallway staffed by the rudest personnel they have. The other is an open space staffed by the most pleasant personnel they have. One can always tell what kind of appointment it will be based upon which door you're told to report to. Truly, you can sit in the waiting room of the cramped entrance and listen to how abusively contemptuous they are of patients, so you at least know you are receiving the same miserable service as everyone else.
I love my cardiologist. I don’t know what’s going on but I’ve called for two weeks straight now and left voicemails with no return call, only to finally get a person today who told me I already have an appointment scheduled. Well how would I know that. Then I said okay thank you so much have a great day, and she hangs up on me. No goodbye no nothing. My last time here the staff was great. It was also still Delmarva Heart. Maybe it being bought out by Tidal Health has something to do with it because most their staff have majo... read more
