I have been going here for almost twenty years. They are very easy to schedule appointments, very professional, friendly and kind.
I had a mammogram there today and it was a horrible experience. The lady that did my exam didn't even make eye contact with me when speaking to me. She gave me open ended directions on how to undress and where to go. The exam was the worst part. I'm not new to this, I've had several. I'm a well endowed woman and she claimed she was having trouble getting me all in the frame. I've never had that problem before. She rushed around me pulling on me and being gruff. I wasn't covered. Absolutely horrible customer service. They send you dozens of texts and ask to confirm appointment and be on time. Arrived on time and the office was closed due to no power… why didn’t they send a text or made a call so patients like me don’t drive more than an hour for this appointment?!!!
Dr McNight is so welcoming and knows his stuff!
