Absolutely horrible customer service. They send you dozens of texts and ask to confirm appointment and be on time. Arrived on time and the office was closed due to no power… why didn’t they send a text or made a call so patients like me don’t drive more than an hour for this appointment?!!!
Dr McNight is so welcoming and knows his stuff!
