The doctors are genuinely concerned about your well being. They take the time to listen to your concerns and goals and then develop a strategy that will fit your lifestyle to optimize your health. Forward thinking and traditional traits combined with authentic personalities makes this Integrative Family Medicine group outstanding.

I am very excited to have found Tidal Wellness! Dr. Lamphier and Alexis are great! Dr. Lamphier listens and seems to genuinely care about her patients. I felt like my concerns were important to them and I didn't feel rushed. Their facility is beautiful and inviting. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new physician set up an appointment to meet with Dr. Lamphier or Dr. Sasser. You will not be disappointed!
Absolutely love Tidal Wellness! Great physicians and staff that care about each and every patient they see. They take time to listen and thankfully believe in a holistic approach to healthcare. If I have a question, I can text or email the practice and typically get a response within the hour. I give Tidal Wellness 5+ Stars!
Both Dr Sasser and Dr Lampier are amazing. They take time to explain things to you and spend time with you; this isn't your typical doctor visit! Also, options are given so you can truly choose what you believe is best for your body. Everyone is different, and they acknowledge this. I highly recommend Tidal Wellness and look forward to better health with experts guiding me along the way.
