My son had a horrible stomach bug, which decided to manifest itself while going 70 on Hwy 49. I'll spare the details, but it was bad. Tidal Wave USA not only completely removed the stains and smells, but they offered a detox shampoo to make sure it's clean. The price was reasonable, and when we picked up the truck it was like new. In fact, it looked BETTER than it did when we drove it off the lot. I already plan on going back for tinting and to detail my other car. Amazing place!
The owner is very friendly and professional. He actually does most of the tinting himself. This place is WAY cheaper than the others not to mention he got me in the day after I called. They offer a warranty on their tint that blows the others in the water. I highly recommend Tidal Wave USA.
I can not believe that the actual owner is on site during the week to make sure that everything is running smoothly and the customers are happy. He even told me that he even aswers the phone himself after dark. Not a machine or even some answering service. The actual owner! If that's not service then I don't know what is.
