I recently had some remodeling work that went horribly wrong. I called Tidal Wave Response on the day before July 4th and hoped they could come assess my mess. They not only came out the 3rd, but also sent a crew to clean up my colossal mess on July 4th!! They were here three hours and cleaned by bathroom back to normal. I is with no reservations that I highly recommend these men for help in your home. Joy

I had a water leak while on vacation. I called Tidal Wave on Monday night. They came to inspect at 7:30am on Tuesday morning, and by 6pm on Tuesday, they had completed the mitigation project. They did a great job protecting our furniture from dust and they left our house cleaner than they found it. Very efficient. Very professional. I have used them twice now and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a major emergency water issue in my brand-new home before I even moved in, and I can’t thank Tidal Wave enough for their incredible support! After my first call to the builder yielded little urgency regarding the water damage caused by a broken condensation pipe, I quickly reached out to Tidal Wave. Billy was outstanding!
