Jon and his team at Tidal Wave were fantastic to work with. We had a leaking toilet that caused some damage to the hardwood floors in our half bath, and they came out quickly to assess the situation. They were extremely knowledgeable, honest, and consultative in walking us through our options. They also recommended a trusted contact who could help us move forward. Really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help. Overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend!
