Absolutely ridiculous experience this evening. Nothing indicates that the interior washing had closed. Then we paid $20 for “the works” and absolutely no one was available to assist. We sat in the car wash for 5 minutes honking and no one came by. So ended up driving through and someone unapologetically told us that interior was closed and we should go through again. Got the regular full service car wash. They weren’t busy at all. Pull into the wash and the guy pre-spraying barely got the front of my car wet. Went through the car wash, which stopped a couple of times in the middle of the wash. Got out to the hand drying, because the mechanical dryers weren’t working. The guys that dried my car were very personable, and when I put my window down commented about how the bugs didn’t come off. He asked if the guy at the beginning even sprayed it. I told him not much. This used to be my favorite stop in the morning but they started pumping “scents” into the air vents and now it smells like a perfume department at a mall. Can’t walk in there anymore, unfortunately.
What a great place. Love having this place so close. Great selection when needing a quick stop for gas/whatever. Great staff!! The place smells amazing. Not sure what they do to make the store that fresh clean smell but keep doing it!
