I do not understand why a customer is unable to use the kiosk and credit card by themselves when coming to get a car wash. I have been told that it’s been broken for almost a year now. It is unnecessary to pressure someone into a monthly subscription or for me to hand over my card. If I want a subscription, I’ll tell you. With scanners being tempered with these days, you do not need your employees to touch our personal credit cards.
