Went here one time to get a wash, paid $30 then received a 3 monthly charges for $127 that I didn’t authorize. None of their club memberships are this price so I don’t know what I was signed up for and can’t get in touch with anyone for refunds or cancellation. Terrible.
Was great when they first opened and cleaned my vehicle well. Now I sometimes have to go through twice bc it leave streaks on my vehicle Cancelled membership and they still try to debit my account. I had to put a fraud alert to catch the debits.
$20 and my car still has bird droppings on it. I can do a much better job at my local self service wash for $3. Now I know why they had signs that said no stopping while you are in the lane that leaves the place. If I would have seen my car before driving 20 miles towards home I would have gone in and requested a refund or at least a discount for the crappy wash I got.
They recently got rid of the lowest tiered plan and everyone who had that was automatically charged more money each month without notice or permission.
