Not a fan after first visit. I understand a new business has adjustments they need to work out, but training needs to be addressed immediately. Upon entering the wash, I waited for someone to guide me onto the tract. After not seeing anyone approach me for a few minutes, I honked my horn to then see 3 employees approach my vehicle. Tried them out tonight, more expensive than similar tunnel washes that provide the same results. I do have to say the vacuums are very powerful and the option of the wide vacuum tool or crevice tool is nice. Unfortunately half of the vacuum bays were closed when I went. The one I ended up using should have been closed as well. The crevice tool was missing on one side of the car and the other side the crevice tool had no suction. Got a great car wash & I used the vacuums. They were quite powerful. I would definitely recommend this drive-thru car wash . Quick, easy, & my car looks great!
