Came through from South Dakota. Got to the car wash at 810 and nothing was open. Two workers walking around cleaning the stuff. A little disappointed it wasn't open on time, as I was running on time also.
Prices are high. I used to be a loyal customer and received great washes and service. The last car wash lost my business. 1) The scrubber dragged the brush over the windshield, but did not attempt to remove the bugs. She did not seem happy. Only 1 scrubber person now when there used to always be 2? She seemed more concerned with getting me out of the way than the sercice i paid for. Very sad. Worst car wash experience ever!!! Over priced and had damage to our 2026 GMC terrain of scratches and dents to the passenger door. Turned it in to their claims department and they deny it because they don’t believe it could have happened in their car wash. Would never recommend this establishment to anyone who values their vehicles!!!!
Absolutely worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. Left 100s of scratches all over my car, not just small ones. Huge scratches all over. Ripped off my back bumper which I’ll admit was already a little damaged but stayed on strongly and was ripped off during my car wash. Also ripped off the rubber above my doors keeping out water. Genuinely the worst car wash I have ever had and I hope nobody has to endure what I went to through.
Went to Tidal Wave on April 10th, 2026. We normally use the Shaggy Buffalo near Home Depot but we decided we'd try this place for a change. It was $16.05 for a basic wash which is more than the $9 we are used to at the SB. When we got to the vacuums after the wash, I noticed our van wasn't clean in several places. There was dirt in several places and lots of bugs still on the front. I was not happy to pay over $16 and still have a dirty van.
