Very clean facility! There is always a friendly face waiting at the entry gate to assist with any issues. Hard working staff members prewash the front and rear of the vehicle. The wash is smooth and efficient. Powerful vacuums and cleaning products are available for use after the wash. Very pleased with Tidal Wave!

Was very pleased an a loyal customer until last week when my car got scratched from the brushes in car wash .. I filled out report never got a call until I called an emailed then they claimed the scratches were already on my car . I will not return this was in Athens TN
