I've subscribed for a while now and enjoy having a clean car on demand.
Chain got broken...something droppe? Waited a little while... got a refund. Attendants were very apologetic. I bet that cost them a small fortune
After the attendant scolded me for trying to use the unattended terminal, I watched him scrub the car in front with dirty bucket water, which he then used on mine. I was told to pull forward and wasn’t lined up so my tire got yanked sideways inside track. Not a single bug came off the car after the scrub brush and tunnel wash.
