My car looks so good after every clean. Its close to my home so easy access. I left my old car wash after one time of using this place and will not be going back.
It’s a great car wash- however, canceling your membership is impossible. On May 12 i submitted a request online to cancel my membership and received a ticket number. In this day and age you’d think that would be it- right? Wrong. Six days later I have a 29.97 charge coming out of my account. That was my gas money. I tried chat support but they weren’t helpful at all. Buyer beware.

The manager, Shaun, handled my issue with excellent customer service and did everything within his power to ensure my satisfaction. It’s rare to find businesses that truly care about their customers, and Shaun and his team went above and beyond. Highly recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa for anyone looking for great service and a clean vehicle!
