Wow my car was a mess and the gentleman that took extra time to scrub my Front Grill and Hood I can't appreciate enough. Fantastic service today around 5 pm.
Good pricing for 2 car membership never had a problem and always get a quick service.
I visited this location on June 17, 2026, and my vehicle was damaged during the wash. I delayed writing this review hoping to resolve the issue privately, but the complete lack of communication and poor customer service has left me with no choice. My vehicle, along with the vehicle behind me, was damaged during the same session. I am quite dissatisfied with the service I have been receiving between 7-8 PM. On multiple occasions, there have been no fresh towels available to clean vehicles, and several stations have been closed off, forcing me to wait for a car to leave before I could clean my truck. Additionally, I have not received the usual prewash. As a club member, I am particularly unhappy with this level of service, especially considering the recent price increases.
I’ve had a membership for almost 2 years…..This is the worst one in Marion county. I should have never even came back after the belt popped/broke in the middle of my car wash…… My car was damaged on 06/17/2026. THE TRUCK IN FRONT OF ME.
