I had to move my car 4 times to find a vacuum that was working.
Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hands down the best car wash I have ever been to. From the moment I arrived, the polite and friendly staff made the experience welcoming and easy. They are professional, helpful, and clearly care about customer satisfaction. The car wash itself did an incredible job—my car came out absolutely spotless, looking and feeling brand new. Fraud Autowash. Been calling them since past Friday to cancel subscription and Customer Service takes for ever to answer and hangs up, and they charged my card sneakily yesterday. Unethical and Fraud business.
Awful! They make canceling a nightmare. Canceled my service, received confirmation it was canceled 2 weeks later. But they continued to charge my credit card 2 additional times and now I am in a dispute with my bank.
