Great facility with excellent customer service
My experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Somerset PA was a complete waste of time and money. I had a quarter size amount of bird waste on my windshield that the company could not even remove. The only reason I went there and the deciding factor on why I will never return or recommend anyone ever go there. Pretty simple task that couldn’t even be completed.
The staff at Tidal Wave is amazing! They went above and beyond to assist me this evening. I misplaced my phone and thought it got thrown away in the garbage. Austin, Calvin and Maranda did all they could to assist me in finding my phone. At the end of the night it was found and very much appreciated. I couldn’t thank them enough.
