I paid w/Credit Card and I personally think this is a Great Carwash it's the Best 1 I have ever been to as well.. AWESOME
Very nice. Seems to do a very good job. Sometimes they're short-staffed. I did buy a membership. Which is nice to use as many times that month as needed.
My experience at Tidal Wave started off pretty basic and normal. I pulled up picked the service I wanted and then went through the car wash. Afterwards I proceeded to vacuum my car and the vacuum sucked the gear shift label (P R N D) right out of my car. I had no idea it was loose. I freaked out a little, then I went up to one of the attendants and told her about it. She said that she would send someone over to open the vacuum filter so I could get it back. This place is great very personable and friendly staff.
Not at all—the service is terrible; there is absolutely no equality whatsoever. If you don't speak English, they won't let you wash your car; instead, they treat you poorly and kick you out as if you weren't a human being or as if you didn't have the money to pay. I was treated very badly.
