Keaton was so friendly and helpful when I pulled up to the car wash! Car wash worked great!
The employees at the car wash are nice and very friendly. The wash might have caused a few scratches to my vehicle which is unfortunate. My only gripe is the 7 day policy they have when canceling wash memberships. I tried to do it online multiple times and every time I tried it says I wasn’t found as a customer. Then I called customer service the first time and the call got dropped. So I sent in a ticket and didn’t hear anytime. I’ve been a member here for quite a while now, and have been very happy until recently. I’ll start with, the employees are all great and friendly. That said, the equipment is not fully functional. For several weeks now, 2 large brushes in the wash haven’t been working, and today the final rinse stage didn’t work either. The dryer just blew the unrinsed soap all over my truck.
