I would give it zero Stars but it won't let me. I put in for promotional plan and they gave me to July 27th to cancel it. I called on July 27th and they already debit the $50 out of my account saying they cannot reimburse my money so that's why I'm putting this review up here... Cuz why would somebody pay $50 a month for a darn car wash? You don't even clean the inside. Come on now. Make that make sense BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!
I recently moved to the Thomasville area and needed to clean out my car, so I found this place on Google. Since it was my first time visiting, I had no idea how their setup worked and was looking around for a coin machine. An employee came over right away to ask if I needed help. When I asked how to pay, he explained the vacuums were already on! I only had a $20 bill on me and no smaller change for the typical $5 fee, but since it was a rainy day, he was kind enough to tell me it was on the house. Talk about amazing customer... read more
Couldn’t wash my Cyber Truck. No reason given other than it’s “too big” Signed my wife up in an Escalade IQL. It’s all battery, longer than the cyber truck, and weighs more. One of the biggest cars on the road. No issues. But “we can’t do cyber trucks” with no valid explanation. Go to Autobell for all of your car washing needs. Will be cancelling my other memberships.
