We brought our Nissan Armada in and paid $30 for your premium car wash, expecting a high-quality clean. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of what was advertised. The young man handling the pre-spray did a decent job, but the young lady showed very little effort or attention to detail. Many areas of the vehicle were never properly pre-treated. My rear view mirror cover was torn off, I was told to get it looked at, and the staff member walked away. Also why was it $15 dollars for the worst car wash ever!? Might as well take my hose and dish soap and wash my car.
A few dollars more than others in the area. But they produce a better product all of the soap is rinsed off. The black towels do a great job drying your car and they provide glass cleaner that doubles as interior and dash cleaner.
Only giving 5 stars thanks to the employee Kyle. My sticker has not worked since I’ve gotten it in 11/2025. No employee would ever help me get the issue resolved. Emailed corporate and they were useless. Went today and without even asking Kyle right away figured out the issue and got me a brand new sticker so I don’t have to wait on an employee to let me in every time. Great customer service by him!
