Love this car wash. Great service and thorough job scrubbing before car goes in wash. And, they have towels and cleaners. Stopped going to Mr. Carwash after they stopped offering that.
Tidal Wave is starting to show it's age. The attendents don't prepare the cars as they did when first starting. Some of the vacuums are showing some wear. And several bottles of glass spray don't work. But my car did get clean after a little extra elbow grease.
Car wash did great job and customer service is great
After leaving Tommy’s with a bad experience I went to tidal wave. They weren’t pushy and super friendly D was the one who helped me and he was amazing. I will be back to this car wash
