First time here asked for “no touch wash” and got told that they can do that, after seeing the brushes of the car wash clearly touch my car it scratches the paint. Was not told that they don’t offer a “touch-less” wash which I wish they would have informed me of beforehand, was not pleased to find afterwards, still believe it has potential. Make sure the message of the kind of wash people want reaches all employees working the wash and they inform customers of all details before they enter.
It was drying my car with soap still on my windshield. It didn't clean the dirt off my car. For 27$ thats bad. Kwik Trip is 11$ and does a way better job and touch less.
You spend alot of money for a terrible wash. Doesn't get the back of a puck up truck
I had great customer service so wanted to go out of my way to leave a positive review! Everyone working right before close on June 4th 2026. Thank you all so much! Will definitely come back
