I thought they changed the bowling alley to a drive-through bowling alley and I went in the car wash and it broke all of my windows and broke my mirrors off on my $300,000 vehicle. I am very upset and will be suing this car wash.
The Tidal Wave attendant let me use the vacuums for free without getting an unnecessary car wash. They generally change $5 for just the vacuums. The attendant even offered to wash off my floor mats for me (I declined. He shouldn't work for free.) Excellent service by staff and greatly appreciated!
What a lovely surprise today- attendant offered to power wash my floor mats while I cleaned the inside. It was much easier over the winter, to keep them from getting too gunked up with salt and slush thanks to the vacuum and cleaning stations, but I really appreciated that extra service today!!
Hailey was VERY amazing! She offered to help me clean and also helped me clean my floor mats, they look PHENOMENAL!! She was just so amazing, definitely recommend her and will be coming BACK.
