I have now gone four times and just got the monthly membership because I’ve been so impressed. Not only is the wash wonderful and high-tech and clean. They have all the amenities you would need to clean your car after the wash. Towels to dry it the way you like, window cleaner, vacuums! And each time the owner has been there and he in the staff are beyond helpful and accommodating. It’s seriously impressive.

This location is undergoing some repaying but it is fully functional. They have the nicest rest room of any autospa location I have been to which is nice if you need to wash up after cleaning your car.

After selling my truck I wanted to cancel this service. After filling out the online form, no response from tidal wave to confirm my cancellation after 9 days. Only after three emails, and a call that I had to wait a long time on , likely a national call line, could I cancel. The lady on the phone told me that they were behind on answering emails. I was a loyal customer since they opened at this site.

Ben was very helpful and this auto place is very clean they even have towels for you too use in case you don’t have any 5 out 5 would definitely come back
