Third time in a row, I’ve went to get my car washed and it was closed during online posted business hours

What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled by the customer service staff. They usually barely brush the front end and today didn’t at all. This guy is older with gray hair. A couple days ago the guy almost broke out my rear window with the brush.
The top wash is great!! Going on 10 days and the car is still shining!! It has rained multiple times as well. Little on the pricey side compared to competition down the road but it is a good wash. Update* still pricey compared to others but still does a great wash.
Update: Nice "canned" respinse below from the company. As I said, I did reach out to the staff, they were no help. ...original post: This used to be the best each in town. NOT ANYMORE! If you are doing the monthly (cheapest) plan you may be getting your money's worth. If you are buying individual or upgraded washes, you ARE NOT!
