I have been using Tidal wave for over a year. Over the last couple of months I have noticed their service deteriorating. Specifically many of the vacumns do not work and often sufficient rags are unavailable. Today however they did not even spray my vehicle down for bugs and I am going to have to rewash as the cleaner or something is streaked over my car. The lady who was present did barely put some wash on the car but nothing to my bumper.
I found this place on Google and am traveling across the state today-pulled in and the fella at the cashier booth was extremely kind and helpful-and happy! The female attendant welcoming me into the car wash was happy-friendly and easy to understand. (I always get nervous going into new to me car wash’s!!) thank you for a great car wash and great service!
I just tried coming through a few minutes ago and the wash was once again down. I decided to wait and go and vacuum out my car. Where I watched the manager slam a door in another customers face and said “I’m busy” there was another lady asking if she needed any help but she just continued to cuss around and give an attitude. It’s honestly becoming embarrassing how the customer service is here now.
Just signed up for a monthly plan and the past several days it's been closed. Now maps says it's temporarily closed. Now I have to cancel my monthly plan and hopefully get a refund for the first month I already paid for.
