Went to Tidal Wave and honestly wasn’t expecting much besides getting the dirt off my car, but I left impressed. Huge shoutout to Allie for helping me out. She made everything quick and easy and actually took the time to explain everything instead of just rushing me through. The place had good energy, the workers were cool, and the wash came out better than I expected. I ended up grabbing a membership. Definitely coming back
I came to Tidal Wave a few days ago, and I can not express how much of a great job they did! The staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the employees, Allie Guzman, was amazing as she answered all of my questions with a smile on her face! Aside from the great customer service, the car wash had great prices and did an amazing job at cleaning my car with all they have to offer! Due to the great visit, I got a membership with Tidal Wave and can’t be more satisfied with my purchase!
