Needs work on presents scrub of cars
Jen is amazing my car was absolutely soaked halfway through but they cleaned up so well!
After being completely disappointed with multiple MOD Washes in the area, I decided to try Tidal Wave. There really is no comparison- the staff are always friendly, washing equipment and vacuuming stations are well maintained, great value for the monthly subscriptions. Whoever is running this place is doing it right.
Recently visited a couple days ago and pulled up to the window booth where a short lady who I believe is the manager had the nastiest attitude and tone of voice towards me and my family. When being the manager i would expect high standards for serving customers. However a young man was very nice and helped throughout the tunnel. It’s a great car wash but I would probably prefer a different location.
