All I can say is this place is a joke! The workers stand around at gate and let one person do the loading and Zach has the worst attitude and is very pushy getting me to give him a review and the one guy just walks around. Bugs all over my car they don’t use the sponge like they used to. This place went down. White horse here I come! I am canceling my membership and everybody needs to look they raised their monthly fees without letting anyone know!
I had a very disappointing experience at Tidal Wave today. I was just going to vacuum my car when an employee named Zach rudely told me beforehand that I needed to hurry up. There was no reason for the attitude or disrespect. Customers should be treated with patience and professionalism, especially when they’re paying for a service. I won’t be returning after the way I was spoken to.
Great service, great staff. Zack helped us today, he was very friendly.
