They are fraudulent do not get a membership because no matter whether you go through all the steps to cancel they continue to charge your account every month. They will lie and say they cancelled it and hit your account the next month if you do a stop payment they will just hit your account as a one time payment. The worse car wash company I have ever dealt with.
Daphne gave great service at the Fitzgerald Tidal Wave. Great personality and she ALWAYS does a terrific job on my truck. Very friendly and a hard worker.
In July 2024 took my 2022 GMC truck 2500 truck to Tide Wave. The drum at the end of the wash tore my upper grille, bug shield and plastic hood insert off my truck. Filed a claim with the manager, he took pictures and filled out a report. I went and got a estimate which was a little over $400. After 4 month never received anything. Went back a month ago and they pull my file and said they would send it in and call me. Never heard anything and went back today December 2 2024. Now they cannot find my file.
