Customer service is amazing!
I noticed this business from hwy 5 and swung in. I just needed the vaccuum at that time. The woman checking me is went above and beyond. She said with a big smile when I asked if I could pay just for the vaccuum “I’ll let you use it for free if you do a good review”. This type of service is so rare these days. I feel like I went back 25 years. It was so refreshing. Beyond that, the vacuums are as good as you get and car wash looks fantastic. I will come out of my way to use tidal wave in waconia to wash our cars!
When I Came in I was greeted by the friendliest face of Emily, she was so kind and explained how the different packages worked, did an excellent job of the initial pressure wash, I’m overall very happy with my first experience will be coming back
Best car wash in the county! We’ve been bringing our car to tidal wave waconia since, we got it, earlier this year. It’s still looking brand new! Our staff favorite is Wyatt. He’s been here since our first wash and knows how to protect our car. Always taking extra time to get our dirty wheels wells and car mats clean.
