I have to give it one star or zero just with my first initial call to get information. They didn't even recognize the location with the phone number they provided, I'm talking about the one in Waconia Minnesota, and it was an AI bot talking to me. This location doesn't offer interior cleaning or detailing which is very disappointing, I miss the good old car washes that I grew up with in St Paul.

Extremely disappointed. I brought my new vehicle to Tidal Wave in Waconia for its first wash and even upgraded to the ceramic wash, the vehicle is now covered in swirl marks that were not there before. I’ve called and left voicemails, texted photos, emailed the site leader, and reached out to the online customer care team with no response.
The staff is getting lazier and lazier and cleaning vehicles when enter. To big of hurry to get vehicle in and out. Use to do better job
