Carwash damages vehicles.
Extremely disappointed. Their equipment damaged my car by tearing off the roof molding, and instead of taking responsibility, they pointed to a sign claiming they’re not liable for any damage. A disclaimer doesn’t automatically excuse damage caused by faulty or poorly maintained equipment. If you care about your vehicle, especially if it’s new, I’d think twice before using this car wash. Based on my experience, they were unwilling to stand behind the damage their equipment caused or make things right. I won’t be coming back.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WAS SEVERELY DAMAGES VEHICLES AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO FIX ANY DAMAGES AND DODGE LIABILITY MAJOR LAWSUIT PENDING FOR THIS COMPANY.
