I went to the Tidal Wave location in Flowood MS. this morning to cancel my membership due to a recent move. Maggie was the person who handled this transaction and I found her to very professional and courteous., She is truly an asset to your company and I would like for her to be recognized for her outstanding work.
The wash was ok but could use a little more water during the process to prevent scratches. The young black kid cleaned my truck as if it was his own truck while the others two kids supposed to be working smirked, laughed ,played on their phones and rubrics cube inside while the black kid worked.
