Service was rude and when tried to tell the boss he was also rude and used sitting in the heat as an excuse to be rude to customers. Poor customer service

I’ve been trying to cancel the membership on one of my vehicles—not both—and it’s been incredibly frustrating. I’ve called multiple times, but it’s nearly impossible to reach a real person. When I finally did get someone on the phone, the call was disconnected, and no one called me back.
