I have used this car wash before. However never again. My family and I patronized until I went and got a car wash a few days ago. I got to work which was a few minutes away and noticed that my car was not clean at all. I immediately called the number provided and was advised by a rude lady that she was not on site and could not confirm my complaint and that I would need to go back to the wash. Thad went above and beyond cleaning my car. He helped me get the bugs off my windshield and asked if there was anything else I needed help with after. Really recommend this car wash!
had a fantastic experience at Tidal Wave! The staff Rj was incredibly friendly and detail-oriented. My car looks spotless, especially after the vacuum. The pricing was very fair for the quality of work. I'll definitely be coming back!
