A basic interior/exterior wash at Tidal Wave is now almost $50.00. Ok. Bread is almost $5.00, so I accepted this. However, when the wash was done and the outside was so spotty it looked worse than when I went in, and the inside (which wasn’t that bad at all to begin with), wasn’t clean either, it just didn’t sit well. So I come to Tidal Wave on random occasions because I hate having to wash my car. Every time I come everyone is very kind, However this time Corey was exceptional. He was kind and had the friendliest smile on his face. This made the experience top notch. As I stated everyone is kind, but not everyone greets you with the smile and brightness that Corey brought to the job this day. I do recommend Tidal Wave, but I had to give Corey some kiddo points for being so warm and welcoming.

Mega kudos to Andrew, who pre-scrubbed my 2016 Highlander remarkably well before it went into the tunnel a few days ago. I’m 81 yrs old, have owned lots of cars and been to a wide variety of tunnel-type carwashes over the years, including many that provided a perfunctory back window pass with a soapy brush, but I’ve never seen any attendant take such care as Andrew and not with just a soapy brush.
