Convenient location. Had to brake at entry because the guys didn't pull in my mirrors on my F-250. July 2026 Last 2 times I stopped at this location, the gate wouldn't open and a little guy walks up with a tablet and just stands there tapping without saying anything. I asked him to manually open the gate while showing my bank statement that shows $80/month from Tidal Wave. He said "I'm trying to find you" and I told him to look up from the damn pad cause I was right there! Finally another guy came over to get the gate open. ... read more

Tidal Wave is a great Savings. OUR favorite spot is this one located of Russell Pkwy. We have been coming here since they opened. Our grandson has been with us since infancy and is now almost 4. The guys there always draw a smiley ☺️ face for him and he loves it. Very cordial,thoughtful and professional workers. We love them. We always encourage friends and family to join Tide Wave.
Took very great care of us, excellent customer service, Buddy was very helpful and reminds us why we buy the membership!
