My first time ever at a tidal wave location to wash my car and the attendant was extremely rude when explaining that they do not accept cash payment for their services. Would not provide any sort of explanation or help and was argumentative. Terrible experience my first time, needless to say I will never use any tidal wave ever.
They actually listened. They put the narrow head. They also put the air pressure thingy so so much better. Thank you for listening
Wife and I have been a member for 6 months now and love it. They had issues linking our cars to the same account at first but everytime it was an issue, they just ran me through the best wash! Also love the shaded area used to dry and vacuum. Will continue to use this wash and the amenities!
