Assistant manager Kenny was unbelievably courteous and professional. 100% has earned my business for the future.
Location has sign up that says temporarily closed. I get that things happen but I drove across town to try and get a good car wash and vacuum in a pinch this morning. Could update the Google listing to reflect temporary closures!
I'm disappointed. I have 2 vehicles enrolled in the unlimited monthly wash program. In the past couple of weeks, I showed up at Tidal Wave Auto Spa twice with each vehicle to get a wash, only to be turned away by 'Temporarily Closed for Maintenance' signage. That's four washes I missed out on, but paid for. It seems like maintenance could be done outside of regular business hours, so paying customers aren't getting short-changed.
Kenny did a great job showing me around the place. He also was extremely friendly and helpful
