This was a 10/10 car wash experience. The young man Jake was very friendly and had great costumer service!
When I pulled up there wasn't an attendant at the payment kiosk so I ran my card and paid myself. Then the attendant walked up and had an attitude. He asked me what the screen said when I pulled up and said it said to wait. And asked why I was in a hurry to have my car washed. As a place where machines and the customer do most of the work, I didn't feel his questioning was warranted and I really wanted my money back. Will not be coming back because of this attendant. I love this facility! My most recent visit, I had an employee named Aiden offer to help me clean the interior because they were slow. I’ve never had that happen before…anywhere!Great car wash and great employees!
This Tidal Wave in Leesburg is the best. There needs to be a tip bucket for the guys scrubbing the bugs off the front fender. I would have tipped the guy today. He really works hard. In Douglas, they don't do that great of a job. They just "rub" over, NOT actually getting bugs off-IF there is even anybody doing that.
