Although the people at the car wash are generally friendly, this company has incredibly SHADY business practices. I signed up for a subscription, requested that my subscription be cancelled, and nearly 10 days after my cancellation request I am being charged again. The customer service number is an AI bot with no ability to reach humans, and they do not answer their emails. Although I thought I could return for bi-weekly car washes as a non-subscribed customer, I won't be going back AND will be recommending that others avoid... read more
