Brand NEW Car Wash and Auto Spa in North Augusta was built by Pro Construction of GA, which I have the pleasure of visiting during and after construction. During my last visit, I got my Ford Explorer washed and cleaned. I was also able to meet the location manager, Ryan, who was very helpful.
Came in for a car wash and the attendant would not let it go that I didn’t want a membership. She was border line rude about me not purchasing a membership. I almost left without purchasing a car wash. I had to decline 4 or 5 times before getting to go through. I bought the second most expensive car wash and my car came out with the front still being dirty and some streaks down one side. I reached out to customer service via email and got a generic copy and paste response. It didn’t even address the employees behavior.
Brought our truck in after doing a cross country 6000 mile trip and they did a fantastic job! Nathan was super professional and gave our truck extra attention it desperately needed. Our truck was covered front to back in bugs. Left the car wash looking brand new! We will definitely be back as members next time!
