Such a great experience, staff was super nice and went above and beyond!
We had grown very fond of using this place until the other night. We got there right at closing. We got 30$ package for my husband's work truck because he is turning it back in to the company. It has to be cleaned before this is done. So we go thru the wash. Get to the other side and was informed we could NOT use the free vacuum. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. I get it that it was closing time but don't let us go thru the car wash at all then. Very disappointed
Tristian did a super job, he spent an extra 5 minutes getting the bugs off my front end without even having to ask! He truly went the extra mile! Update: These guys are seriously the best! The manager is such a sweet girl and I look forward to coming here every month. I can’t say enough good things about this location!
