I had a great service experience with Thomas and Kayla. It had been almost a year since my last car wash, and when I returned to Tidal a few days ago, Kayla greeted me warmly, and Thomas remembered me as a regular from the past and welcomed me back. I had gone there faithfully when the Tidal in porters neck first opend. They both went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The best car wash in Wilmington by far. The guy that runs the place Thomas is awesome and hires the most personable young people who have good work ethic . The tunnel does an amazing job at cleaning your car and the vacuums are top notch and covered for shade.
