I love this car wash strictly off the customer service alone! Jalencia (sp?) was so thorough helping me with my plan! She was so Plesant and answered all my questions! She is the face of the car wash! There was a mistake with my account and she took the extra mile to assist me. My only complaint is in regards to the wash cloths having a wierd smell!
Vinnie and Alex did an amazing job. They are excellent!
I was asked to give a review By TJ, and he told me down in the tunnel were Aspen, and Vinny. These three men are wonderful and great TJ was by the entrance picking weeds, he stopped what he was doing and help me pay and the help washed the cars before sending all of us on through to the tunnel and upon arriving to the tunnel there were Aspen And Vinny and they’re lively and wonderful at cleaning the car, making sure it’s clean and removing bugs, these three young men are why I keep coming back.10/10 wash would love for these... read more

Tidal Wave always does a good job. I think the attendants were Bucky and Derrick. They both were very accommodating.
