In July 2024 took my 2022 GMC truck 2500 truck to Tide Wave. The drum at the end of the wash tore my upper grille, bug shield and plastic hood insert off my truck. Filed a claim with the manager, he took pictures and filled out a report. I went and got a estimate which was a little over $400. After 4 month never received anything.
