Love the place, staff are awesome. Only complain I have is I purchased the online membership, got charged for it, was never sent any more additional info about it, went to use it but was told they were having some issues recently with the online memberships going through to their system - no big deal, I get it. Went back the next time, still had the same issue, couldn’t find my membership info. Emailed customer service to cancel, but haven’t heard back even though it’s been a few days now. BUYER BEWARE! Do not sign up for monthly membership! I stopped by this location to cancel my monthly membership last month. Was told I have until April 6 to use until my membership is cancelled. April 6 comes and surprise! They charged my card for another month. Try calling to resolve and have been on hold for 30 minutes. Bad business.
