Service was good when they first opened now they are slacking. When you pull up, the workers are always on their cell phones and when you get your car pre-sprayed they only do one side because there’s only one person usually.
My favorite location is the Mason/Kingsmill location. Great service provided by staff member Green💚. I enjoy my membership.
the car wash is great but the hours are absolutely dreadful
Green is a phenomenal salesman for the company he talked me into coming here to get a wash and I also wound up getting a membership he is a great asset to the company and the site manager was very kind and phenomenal as well.
